    By registering in this course, the student will take the first step to start his career in the field of technology. This part is on what is inside the computer, where he will learn all about the different parts inside the device, and he will discover the function of each component and how all the components work together to enable the computer to perform its functions. At the end of this unit, the student will also learn how to build (assemble and install) a computer from scratch

    The operating system will also be addressed here. The student will be introduced to computer operating systems. The unit discusses operating systems and reviews how these systems operate on the physical components of the computer. The student will learn about the boot process of the operating system.

    It reviews the ways to install Windows operating systems from the first step. Until the end, after that, programs will be addressed, and the student will learn here about computer programs and the different types of programs that he may deal with as an IT support officer. He may encounter it while working in the help and technical support department, or computer support. It will also learn the reasons for the importance of emotional communication with the user when working to solve any problem.
